Paysafe is a global leader in innovative payments solutions and technologies. They wanted to develop a thought leadership campaign that would outline their position on the future of payments, and showcase their understanding of merchants and consumers alike.
In 2017, Loudhouse conducted a detailed online study of 3,000 UK, US and Canadian consumers and 300 businesses. We looked at the evolution of cash, the changing nature of how people use money, and the future of payments. The work is being updated in 2018 to cover the demand for frictionless payments and usage of new payment methods such as app-based payments.
The 2017 research formed the basis of two extensive reports, which sat at the centre of organic and paid social, PR and brand awareness activity. The work achieved 70 pieces of coverage, including with CNBC, International Business Times and Business Insider.
